Tom, I'm pretty sure that he found one of your old posts where you posted a diagram. If he can reference the post we can be a better help here!

Come on Tom! Can't you just go back and look up every diagram you have ever posted and find the ones that have some sort of screw labeled #3? This should be easy for an old pro like you, right? Judging from the amount of post and diagrams you have put up over the many years here at AMHD, I figure if you get started now, skip breakfast and lunches, we should hear back from you in no more than six months or so..

I remember that! It was a left hand thread, metric, thingamajig or thingamabob screw.

Well, which is it? Pretty big difference between those thingamajig and thingamabob screws. I was actually thinking I remembered it also, but I was thinking doohicky or whatchamacallit. Oh well, Im sure Toms on top of it, so we shall know soon, right Tom?

Dad02, I hope you don't mind us having a little fun with your thread. Just playing around. If you can tell the brand and model of your faucet we may be able to get you going in the right direction. Honestly these guys around here can get just about any problem figured out, just need a little more help from you. Take care.
