    New home help!!
I just bought a new home and we've been living in it for three weeks now. For the past few nights I've been hearing a dripping sound and now all of a sudden I notice some disgusting looking substance seeping out from the shower and bathtub drain in the master and also the second bathroom! Is something wrong with my plumbing? The toilet is also low as well what is going on?

If this is a brand new home, you contact the builder ( or seller) if there is a problem with construction.

If this is just a older you that you just bought, you hire a plumber to come in and fix it.

    Solid advice from Chuck,

Are you saying these fixtures are all backing up? What do you mean by "seeping"? City sewer? Is this a single family residence? Back to you, Tom
