So, let me see if I have this right.
You had sex 3 weeks ago while you were on birth control, but you started experiencing symptoms 5 weeks ago before you had sex?

I'm sorry, I misunderstood.
Now, you can't have pregnancy symptoms if you haven't had sex. You know that right?
So, you stopped your pills then had sex a week later? Yes, pregnancy is a possibility. You will have to wait to see if your next period comes when it is due. However, stopping the pills could interfere with your cycle as it takes time for your body to readjust to making it's own hormones once the synthetic hormones from the pill are depleted.

Forgive me for getting confused. You see it's necessary to post ALL of the pertinent information in the beginning.
Now I see that you have been having sex since August and you never took your birth control correctly.
So, throw all of the advice I have given you out the window because it's wrong since I didn't have all of the facts from the beginning.
If you haven't taken your birth control properly the risk of pregnancy is greatly increased. All you can do now is test using first morning urine. If it is negative, wait a week and test again.
Your period was due today, so a doctor would not even consider you late yet.

I didn't post everything because I just think I'm sick... My mother believes I'm pregnant... and I don't want that to be the first thing people think

That's not a good reason not to post all of the details. You will get incorrect information that way and if you did that at a doctor's office you would get a wrong diagnosis. It's very important that we get all of the details from the beginning.

Well, it's too early to tell at this point because you are not even late yet.
Stressing will only cause your period to be later and later. All you can do now is play the waiting game.

You are just one day late, that is not even late and no pregnancy test will show up on one day late. You are most likely late because you stopped taking birth control and your body has to balance its hormones now.
You will need to wait almost 10 days to actually get a good test. Testing now is a waste of time.
All of the other information was given and confusing, Also if a person does not want to give full info, they will normally get poor or wrong answers
