    Abdominal pains
    Been having abdominal pains for 4 days and it hurts worse when I eat it's a constant pain and my stools are black

    The black blood indicates bleeding higher up in your digestive system. The pain could mean any number of things (especially coupled with the bleeding). You need to see a doctor asap.
