    Do I need to move on
    There's this guy I like he told me he likes me but he says he's busy a lot and we never hang out is he just texting me because he's bored or is he really busy Im so confused he re seems to like me.

    Move on? There is nothing to move on from. He likes you but has no time. There is nothing there.
