    Red dots
I have always had these tiny red dots on my skin. They almost look like freckles (I have freckles, fair skin red hair male), but are red not brown. They are not raised, and do not cause any discomfort/itching etc. They are mostly on my sholders, some on my arms, one dead center on my nose.

What are they, and is there a way to get rid of them?

I have had pitiriasis rosa before and have chronic dry skin around my facial hair and other sections of my face.

Sounds like it might be Keratosis pilaris.

But a demitologist could tell you pretty quickly.
