    After periods I get a brown discharge and pains on my right side just below
    After my periods I get this brown discharge en pains on the right side just below ma stomach,could this be an infection considering I had an abortion six months ago? I also feel like vomiting no appetite en sometimes I feel like vomiting on seeing some foods en even sprays yet am not pregnant!

    After abortion, at times the uterus has to be scraped, and this is called curetage, or a D & C. Yes, you could possibly have an infection, and I would think it is time for a doctor visit.
