    First visit to a gynecologist
    :oops: well I'm going to the gynecologist on Wednesday, This is my first time. Iver the years I've had.a.few problems but never told anyone. I have a guy doctor... I never thought anything was wrong. But I'm nervous to go, does the metal thing hurt really bad? And the exterior exam has something about some discoloration.. which I have, what is That caused From and why am I so nervous?

    The metal thing (speculum) doesn't hurt, but if he doesn't warm it up, it might feel cold at first. He will examine you internally and externally plus check for breast lumps and teach you how to do that. It's not the most fun thing I ever did, but I've done less fun things. And you will get some answers to what is going on with your body.
