    Ovarian tissue
    What will happen to a woman if she don't have ovarian tissue? Is it possible for her for having a monthly period since she don't have ovarian tissue? She can get pregnant?

    Can you clarify 'don't have ovarian tissue?' You have two ovaries, and they are organs slightly bigger than almonds. Were yours removed, or one removed, or one missing? If both were removed, you can't get pregnant. If one, you can. Tell us what your situation is in more detail.
