    Computer Fault
My computer doesn't start up and I don't know what is wrong. The thing is that when I attach the optical mouse to the computer whose plug is switched on, it lights. Also when I switch on the computer the green light bulb attached to motherboard turns off. Could there be a short circuit or is it the motherboard?

The technician told me it is the motherboard but I don't believe him
