    Sudden fever in toddler
My almost 3yrs old (Bday in Nov) was his perfect hyper self almost all day. At around 230pm after returning from our afternoon walk he said he didn't feel good. I told him to lay on the couch and rest. He watched TV and around dinner time I felt him and he was on fire. I waited till after dinner and gave him Childerns Advil and about an hour later a bath to help with the fever. He didn't want to move after his bath and ended up falling asleep on the couch. I noticed when I took him to his bed that he kept swallowing over and over. At about 1045pm I had to give him some tylenol because his fever has not broke. He's not one to get sick very often so I'm very concerned.

I would take him to the Er or call your doctor to schedule an emergency appointment, child come in contact with so many different virus and bacteria you can not be to sure what he has especially when his fever won't break.
