    Am I pregnant?
I have read some women can show signs as early as one week. My mother and I are very similar. When she became pregnant, her first sign was diarrhea for both her pregnancies. It has been about a week since I expect I may have become pregnant. When can I take a pregnancy test? I am on birth control and I don't want to have to wait an entire month to find out in fear the birth control could harm the pregnancy if I am. I believe I might have become pregnant right after my period. Please Help. Aside from diarrhea and tiredness, I got unexspectedly very nausious the other morning but did not vomit.
