What to do to ease the pain of break up?
I deleted all his sweet “Te amo” messages and my “Love you” messages. I deleted his number and love emails. I can’t call him. I remember his email address, but it’s been more than 24 hours, and I haven’t emailed him yet. I still keep the business cards he gave me. Those are the last things with his personal information on. I don’t want to call him because it will do not good for him.

This time, for very certain, I am going to lose him. So, I feel unwanted, lonely, and deceived. I know the only thing I can is to move on, but as everyone knows, it's lots harder than said.

    Any advice?

You don't need advice. You have done all the right things, difficult as they were. We have all been through this sort of pain in all it's variations. You just have to wait and wait and wait, and eventually the pain goes away. He did love you, and probably still does, but he loves his son most of all. The fact that he gave you up for his son shows what a fine person he is. His wife has no clue how to survive in a new country. He's doing the right thing.

Truth to be told, the last thing he said was he still had feeling for and loved his wife.
Thank you, Joypulv. I wanted to hear from someone that he loved me. I know I had to let him go, but it's much easier for me to think he left me for his son not for his wife.

Either way, yes, he is doing the right thing.

Thank you for saying a nice thing about him. That's the man I love.
