    I have smegma?
    I have smegma on my penis. It is white and smells really bad. How do I cure it and what can I use for it to go away??

    It doesn't have to be smelly if kept clean; it's just dead skin and oil. Ask your pharmacist about an OTC anti-bacterial ointment to put on for a while, after regular washing.
