    Trust? Violated? What to think/feel
Occasionally I would wake up to my husband touching me "inappropriately" while I am sleeping.
We have talked about how this makes me feel. I don't like it. He can wake me up first.
Last night I woke up to pictures being taken of me in my underwear. I asked him and he denied it. It wasn't until I told him I knew and he needed to stop lying.
I am struggling with feeling violated now. Is that an over reaction? I also wonder with the lie - what other things have happened that I may not know about.
I guess I just don't know what to think or feel

Touching isn't inappropriate, HOWEVER taking the pictures in your underwear when you were sleeping most definitely is.

Revocable Trust (Grantor) Trust w/3rd party trustee [ 2 Answers ]

It was my understanding that if a grantor set up a revocable trust and a third party (let's say a bank) was named as trustee, the trustee was required to file a Form 1041. I am unable to locate any IRC or other guidance that would confirm or deny this. Please help. Thank you. Diana
