Hi, I tested positive on a bunch of pregnancy tests. I was so excited and so was my husband. Well, yesterday I had slight cramping and some light pink blood so I naturally freaked out, went to the hospital where they said I was maybe 4 weeks so I was way too early for them to see anything on an ultrasound and my HCG was 42 and that the spotting was normal. Well, today I woke up with brown spotting, sorry TMI, I know.. I called my OBGYN and she advised me to just go double check so I did as she said and went back to the hospital. They did another HCG test and it came back at 35, so they dropped 7 numbers. But the hospital told me that my blood sugar was low and I also had an ovarian cyst that ruptured and was bleeding. Now, they told me I might miscarry and I might not. They were a little worried about my HCG levels dropping at all but they said I'm still in the normal range of where my numbers should be and I'm not passing clots, I'm not cramping badly, I'm not passing bright red or pink or anything, just the light brown/dark brown here & there. My question is, what does everything think is going to happen? Has this happened to any of you or anyone you know and still have the pregnancy go normally? I'm very worried! :(
