    How do I evict my live in boyfriend who won't leave?
    I own the condo. There is no written lease agreement between us. Last night he tried to beat me up because he was very drunk. I had to call the cops. I didn't press charges because hd left so the cops weren't there when they got there.

    It's too bad you didn't follow through with the cops. You can still try to get a restraining order on Monday at your local courthouse. Otherwise you have to evict him formally, according to the laws of your state, and that will take time.
