My son's friends house got raided where he was living and he was not home but he got called to the house and was arrested. There were other people in the house and even a runaway and they were partying. They found dope, a gun and only took 2 people plus my son to jail. They charged my son for this and he was not even at home and there were other people in there. My son was on probation, and after being arrested never ever went in front of judge, what we do not understand is he got a bond after 2 months but he went to a probation hearing in another state and got revocated for the rest of the time. He never was able to bond out and has been in county jail for 18 months, and they keep putting off the indictment saying the arresting officer is not showing up they botched up big time with the arrest and even with a lawyer we are not getting good results and she was paid almost all of her money up front and she says he has to serve his revocation before he even gets indicted. I live in Ohio and do not know the rules and it is so heartbreaking cause I do not know what to do. I am looking for help .
