Hello, I've had my navel piercing for a year and a half and it's gotten infected 3 times since I got it. All three times it hasn't healed fully from the infection. The third time it got infected was a month and a week ago and it was a bump with puss inside. I started cleaning it twice every day (morning and night) as follows, I first clean it with antibacterial soap and rinse it, then I do a saline solution for 10 minutes, then I put antibacterial soap again and rinse it and finally I put a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment. On the first day I did this, the bump popped by itself so I squeezed the puss out. The bump quickly reduced during the first week. But since then it has remained a small red bump and it doesn't seem to go away. I have continued cleaning the piercing this way for the entire 5 weeks but it doesn't seem to do anything anymore. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to have it completely healed and be able to change my jewelry for the first time. Thank you<3
