    Texas Probate Code Heirship Affidavit
    Can a wife sign affidavit of heirship- all friends of both deceased people are also deceased. I would be a uninteresrted party

    The wife of an heir? Why can't he sign it himself?

    By the way, "uninterested" means that you find the whole subject extremely boring. I believe you mean "disinterested", which would mean that you don't stand to gain monetarily if the affidavit is believed.
