    Double Garnishment
    I'm currently being garnished by one company out of my check, and was just garnished by another out of my bank account can they do that? Chris

    Yes up to the maximum percentage of your check that is allowed by your state law.

    I have a person with two garnishments out of his pay check ( they already got all of his money from his bank account)
