80's kids detective movie?
I'm sure it came out in the 80's but it was a little black boy, and he was a detective, and kids ran the world. When the kids fought, they used "bang" and "pow" like the old Batman show. They disentergrated when they got shot. PLEASE tell me the name of this movie before I lose my mind!?
