Probation officer comes to victims home
Does it mean you are being violated if the probation officer shows up with police at home of the person you are supposed to have a no contact order with? You weren't there but they came anyway...

It means they had heard you might be there... if you had been you WOULD have been violated... if they can show you HAD been there.. you still might be. If you had not... then you will have nothing to fear.
