    What size exhaust pipe do I need of 7500 in 5900 BTU out gas furnace?
    What size exhaust pipe do I need for a 7500 in/5900 out BTU gas furnace plus a 40 BTU hot water heater, in a 2000 square foot house?

    Think your numbers are off. Never saw a heater or hot water heater with BTU ratings that small. However, the heater manuals should tell you what you need.
