Okay, I have had a irregular period since I can remember my mother has taking me to the doc. Many of times but they would just say its normal. But now that I'm twenty and married it has gotten worse I haven't had my period in 9 months!! And me and my husband really want a baby. I did call the doc office once and ask could I get pregnant with a irregular period and they said yes if your still having any type of discharge and at the time I was but now I'm not! And I can't go to the doctor because my husband isn't on full time yet so we isn't got any insurance. I thought about going to the health department to get birth control to regulate it but I don't if they would for they situation

If you can't afford a doctor's visit, truthfully you can't afford a baby right now.

Most likely you are going through some hormonal difficulties and you will need a blood draw to find out why you haven't had your period in so long.
