    Weight loss
    I dramatically lost my weight due to many problems,but now things are on track but my weight does not seem to increase.I m tired of getting comments .plz help

    Go back to eating well and eating "healthly." Junk food, of course, will put weight on you but it's not good for your overall health.

    Protein and healthy sugars like fruit.

    Judy is right don't go for junk food that's not good in any situation.

    Weight training also increases muscle mass ,so you'll put on weight in the form of muscle.
