    Deep bruise or fracture
    I fell on a concrete stairs, hitting my shins on the edge. It made a loud noise on contact, immediately went numb, I am able to walk on it with just little to non- throbbing pain in the area, it is swollen and bruised. Should I have it checked out or not.

    Only you know how much pain your are in, yes get it checked out, of course, why would you have to ask ?
