To put it simple I am 13, still a kid. I often solve my own prkblems but this is to complicated. I recently entered eight grade and there is this high school I want to go to. I have to take a test to get in. So I have been studying. My grades are good enough byt the thing is the test. I am frightened that I might not pass. If this ghaplens I will be forced to enter a public high school and work very hard and re take the exam. So I need relaxtion tips but I also have another problem. Although I am quite young and I don't plan on dating until freshman year, bur there is this girl whom has caught my eye. I constantly think about her even though I don't want to. She often looks at me. So I have a hunch she feels the same way. Because of this my mind has become flustered with her. I can't concetrate on studying,
And I need to get her off my mind. I need tipps for this as well. So please answer.

If you really want to get into this school, you will put her out of your mind so you can study. You sound like you are putting a lot of pressure on yourself to get into this school. Is there a practice test somewhere you can take?

Yeah I took it, I did good on the reading, but bad on the math. So I have to study the math.

Is the test you're studying for the HSPT? Yeah, I had to take that last year... don't worry it's really easy! You really don't even have to study for it. But if you do study, one thing that I noticed bothered me was studying too much. I would study so much and put all my focus into studying that one thing and it would stress me out (luckily that phase only lasted a week or two!) So if I were you I would pick a couple days a week to study for the test, then spend the rest of the time hanging out with friends and the girl you like! It'll help calm you down, and feel less stressed and you tend to study better if you're in a good mood!

Nope it's the TACHS. I want to get a perfect or almost perfect score pn the test that way I have a better chance of getting inrro the high school I want to get in. I also want to get a scholarship and it depends on my score if I get one or not.
