    Lower leg problem
    My shin bones are extremely sore to the touch, my legs which are usually very pale are ashy in color and I have broken out in red blotches on my lower legs

    Not knowing your medical history, kind of hard to diagnose on the internet but your symptoms usually signifying lack of circulation. Are you a diabetic?
