    Violations for the mentally challenged
    Would it be considered a HIPPA violation to post pictures of a client on Facebook? One of the clients is her on conservator but the other client is not.

    As long is there not any private information divulged, ssn no. etc. address, telephone number it isn't a HIPAA violation. What do you mean by 'conservator', I am not familiar with that terminology and I am in healtcare?
