    Swimming with a piercing
I want to get my cartilage pierced (helix) but I'm a swimmer. Would I still be able to if I only swim in a clean chlorinated pool?

You will have no problems swimming. By the way, just because a pool is chlorinated doesn't necessarily mean it is clean. It is your immune system that keeps you safe, and maybe a little extra cleansing when you get out.
