    Fastest ways to loose weight
    I have too loose weight before April 14,2007.. at any cost.. I hv this huge fashion show in which I have to look skinny... realy skinny.. I weigh 56 kgs now& want to loos at least 10 kgs with in a month.. please help...

    Well firstly you shouldn't want to loose weight , but if you really want to then, exercise very regularly eat very healthly and get the right amount of sleep every night.

    Eat low calorie, low fat, low sodium, lean meats, fruits and veggies. Cut out any fast foods or fried foods, sweets or chips. Eat 2-3 servings of 1-2% or skim milk, non fat yogurt and part skim or low fat cheese every day. Calcium regulates energy metabolism--increases fat breakdown and decreases the amount of body fat. (Not that your over weight) But I understand the why of this. Decreasing the amount of calories you eat by a couple of hundred a day will also help. You need to eat, but eat healthy. When you speed up your metabolism you burn more fat, working out with weight, running, jogging or biking will help also. Hope this helps.;)

    A news article I saw yesterday announced that the fasted way tested was actual low carb. And the fastest way to do that was to get areobic exercise in daily and vary your carb level after the first two weeks (keep to about 20 gram first two weeks). Then go 30-40 per day and then 20 per day etc.

    U think you weigh a lot I'm 16 and weigh 155 pounds that's fat girl I'm trying to loose 10 or 15 pounds I'm excersising every day but still don't see nothing bumming!! What's the fastest way to loose weight?? /

    I tried this diet soup and lost pounds. The soup has what they call "empty calories". It's called Cabbage soup diet. Look it up on the Web. There's different versions of it. Can't say it's truly a healthy way to lose weight, and you will get sick of eating it after a while. I make it for my family, it's basically vegetable soup, with a LOT of cabbage. They say not to use corn or peas. Good luck!

    Any diet that emphasizes a certain quantity of a certain food vs overall nutritional quality of food is just a quick fix diet. Restrictive diets that eliminate entire food groups is not a good diet. You can lose weight fast, but it will come back, generally faster.;)

    What kinds of foods are you eating, you need to cut out greasey, fatty foods, like fast foods, do you drink soda, or sweetened drinks, go to 100% fruit juices or water lots of water. Try cutting out chips, or candy and sweets for awhile while your working on a new plan. Change portion sizes of your meals, smaller is best, 1 serving of any meat is actually only 3 ounces. Fruits and veggies are most important, as well as dairy drink skim or 1-2% milk, low fat, or non fat yogurt and skim or part skim cheeses every day, it will help you decrease the amount of body fat. You need to do aerobics, weight/resistance training along with cardio, walking, jogging, biking, even a 30 minute walk, helps a lot, but you should be doing a overall body workout 30-60 minutes a day>:)
