L1B Visa - Does same-sex spouse have a right to an L-2 Visa?
I have been offered a transfer at work to PA in the US and they are currently obtaining an L-1B visa for me, I am in a civil partnership from Ireland and am legally married to my same-sex partner in Ireland. Can she come to the US with me and apply for an L-2 visa?

Unfortunately, you can not get a dependent visa for a same sex spouse. She would need to get her own work visa.
