I'm getting married next year march so my fiancé and I decided to leave the pill because we wanted to start a family as soon as possible I had a very light spotting in July and I left the pill in June I haven't had a period since then not even light spotting can I be pregnant or is it just because I left the pill about 3 months ago?

Our body goes through all kinds of changes when hormones get involved. And without further information on your dosage or menstrual cycle its hard to say(seems a bit soon). Take a home pregnancy test, and confirm with a visit to the doctor.
