    92 honda accord ex doesn't want to turn over.
    So I was driving and car died out. No knocking noises. So I tried starting it and it cranked pretty strong but wouldn't turn over. The d4 light will blink when in on position. Thanks for your time on reading this and if you got the answer I really appreciate it. Mahalos.

    . Check for codes.

    . Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) inside the distributor. Apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM.
