    Are Metoprolol succinate and metroprolol tartrate the same drug?
    Presently I am taking 50 MG of Lopressor 2x /day (one in the morning and one in the evening) and 25 mg of Lopressor midday.

    What would be the equivalent dosage of this medication if I started taking Toprol XL?
