    Parole violation in pa for not paying
    This is my first vop and it's becous I owe 35.000$ in restitution I didn't have a job so was not paying on it but I'm paying it as much as I can now for the last 3 months my P.O is not saying yes to me going back to jail and ill agree to pay every month now what I can. So will I go to jail even now I'm paying when I go to court

    You might... it depends on what your PO pushes and what the Judge thinks...

    If they even think you weren't giving 110% effort to pay that the ENTIRE time... they are likely to toss you back in... and they don't even need to prove you was dragging your feet.

    Depends on the judge, you will need proof of any earnings and proof of what you paid
