    endometrial lining 12 mm
I am 44 years old and have two children. I am in good general health, very fit and have healthy life stile. I have 4 fibroids. The last ultrasound results are the following: uterus 12.4 x 8 x 9 cm, endometrial lining somewhat distorted, measures up to 12 mm, submucosal fibroid 6.1x6.6x6.3 cm, pedunculated 5.2x4.3x3.7 cm and subserosal 4.7 x 4 x 3.7 cm. I have heavy bleeding and my hemoglobin is 94, the Pap test is normal. I am not willing to have my uterus removed and I don't know if it will be better to just wait or to have the fibroids removed. What is the best way to remove the fibroids - abdominal myomectomy, uterine embolisation or hysteroscopy? I am also not willing to go on Lypron to shrink the fibroids in order to be removed. Could you please give me an advise I might be very wrong in my wishes.

Why not Lupron? It isn't fun to be on it, but it works.
