I'm 14 years old and I want to live with my mom. Am I old enough to get a court hearing and change the custody ? And if so how do I get a court hearing!

It is not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your question to its own thread.

However, had you read that other thread, you would have had an answer. You cannot get a court hearing or change custody. If you want to live with mom, then SHE has to go to court and she has to file for a change in custody. At 14 the courts will listen to your preference, but the courts will make the decision.
