It is not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your question to its own thread.
However, had you read that other thread, you would have had an answer. You cannot get a court hearing or change custody. If you want to live with mom, then SHE has to go to court and she has to file for a change in custody. At 14 the courts will listen to your preference, but the courts will make the decision. |
