    Obese or overweight?
    Is it considered obese or overweight if you're 5'4" & 211lbs.

    Your bmi tells you if your overweight basically its how much weight you have in comparison to height. 25-29.9 bmi means your overweight 30.0+ bmi means your obese.

    Your bmi is currently is around 36.1 from my estimation.
    So you are obese currently.
