    Adding my daughters father to her birth certificat
    My daughter was born Oct 10 of 2011.in NC.her father was in wv.I've moved back to wv and want to add his name. We both agree it should be done. He is 15 n I'm 18.what needs to b done..

    DNA testing and a petition filed with the Court.

    Have you been charged with legal rape or were you also under age when you were having sex?
