Normally first time, a stern talk to by the judge and most likely put on a tighter more strict probation. ( or on the same probation)

No, almost sure they will not just dismiss it at a violation hearing, had you not had a violation and just been doing good, you could have asked for a release from probation

No you will not get off when you go about a violation.

OK but since it is a misdemeanor probation will they reinstate the probation and not make me do any jail time

You would not be out on bond now, if they intended to make you do jail time. ( personal opinion) but seldom do you do jail for this, esp first time

Thank you that makes me feel a little better I am so nervous about this I just want to get my life back without worrying about the cops and being scared that I will go to jail if they run my name I finally have things now and I don't want to lose it by going to jail my mom finally trusts me again and if I go to jail I will lose that too

I have no idea what you mean by "first setting."

    Do you mean first hearing?

At any rate, you will enter a plea (guilty, not guilty) and then, depending on the plea, you will either be sentenced (rather unlikely) or given a Court date.

This is my first time being on probation I just got my p.o around January but haven't complied with any of the requirements due to my drug use. I have been sober for little over a month but terrified to call and its been 2 months. I just got the call that the police is now looking for me today I'm scared I don't know what to do although I know what I need to do. I need to know what's going to happen to me if I tuen myself in?

Sentenced to the time you would have served if you had not been granted probation, that sentence plus new time, a warning - it's impossible to say.
