So I haven't been able to see the spirit so well until I demanded that it left it seemed that it got mad n didn't stopped hiding intact it stood over me and it looked a if it were casting some kind of spell, I didn't know what to do but close my eyes later I ordered it to leave again it then looked like some kind of black cloud fell over me I guess that's the best way to put it, I tried talking to it but it doesn't talk back or maybe I'm chosen not to I don't know does anybody have any clue at what the cloud was or y I can see them bit not here them?

Why do you think that it has to listen to you when you command it to leave?

I read somewhere that it would help make them leave, n I don't know too much on it, it doesn't bother me so muchbut I do feel like it's possibly taking my spiritual energy

Telling to leave won't always work but it can. You have what's called a shadow they do not have much known about them but they give people an uncomfortable and sinister feeling. If a spirit gives off energy to make you feel uncomfortable then it might be a demon, evil spirit, or a person who died a violent death. These shadows are known to mess with you when you are sleeping. Are you open to getting rid of it anyway you can. By the way its not you can't hear them its just they are mute they don't usually talk.
