Within the last week my stomach has gone from just bloated to full on hard. I woke up two days ago with a heavy feeling in my lower abdomen and now I get sudden pains that are dull but very hard. Everyone looks and me and assumes I'm pregnant but I've been on my period for over nine months and I have protected sex, am on birth control and used spermicide just in case. Now the pain seems to keep rising up my stomach and it keeps getting harder and harder. It also hurts to touch it, and difficult to breath in deeply. I've had a c-section a little over a year ago. And I don't know if it's relevant but I have a white discharge. I haven't been going to the bathroom regularly and I should be getting my period soon. I've just never experienced all of this.

I think the key phrase is 'not going to the bathroom regularly' IMO. If your abdomen is hard, could signify a bowel blockage and you should visit your doctor for a referral to a proctologist. When was the last time you had a significant bowel movement?
