    2003 Vulcan 1500 Classic torque problems
    New spaek plug new air filter pass the dyno test still have an torque probleme
    Fuel consumption is at one tank for 150Km normal speed 100Km/h

    Do not know what to do nest

    Check engine timing with a strobe light. Be sure to use a separate car battery to power the timing light.
