    Janitrol to Honeywell/ thermostat
    I need to know which wires control which function.

    if it was put right rule of thumb is ::red to r post= 24 volt main power
    white to w post= signal to furnace for heat
    green to g post= signal to power fan
    yellow to y post= signal to power ac
