OK so last year me and my husband separated.. during our separation we both found new partners and both seemed very happy, we also became friends again and found ourselves back too our "old selves".. after a few months my relationship started to hit the rocks due too me still having feeling for my husband and feeling like I wanted too have him back in my life.. we have 3 children together so we are still in contact, after speaking with my husband I learnt his relationship had just failed because of the same reasons... I don't know what too do.. my new partner knows how I feel we have no secrets but I can see how much it is hurting him.. I don't know if I should try and forget my husband which has been very unsuccessful so far and have contact with him strictly about our 3 children together or if I should set my current partner free, I know he loves me and it would hurt him gratefully if I did this, or I go my own separate way?. either way someone is going to get hurt and it is my fault!

Now, the marriage didn't work, I don't know what happened but, from what I gather, you both "changed". It's easy to go back to your "old selves" once you've broken the comfort zone and started seeing other people, so what makes you think that it won't go back to the way it was?
