    Grouding a sub-panel
I installed a 100 amp sub panel in my sorkshop. I used #2 wire for hots and neutral. I also used #6 green. My sub panel neutral and equipment ground are not bonded. Since I am running the neutral and ground from my main load center and tying them to there respective neutral and ground in the sub panel, do I still need to run a separate ground rod for the work shop? The green ground wire in the sub panel is tied to the ground rod at the main load center through the buss bar in the main load center.

How you have this neutral and equipment ground connected is done exactly as required and a ground rod at the subpanel is not required.
