Will a hair stripper work on several layers of semi permanent color?
I have dark brown hair with some faided highlights towards the ends. I went to a new salon to get the same color high lights which is a bronze tone again but instead let myself talk into getting my whole head colored in a what was supposed to be lighter brown and another shade of brown highlights over it. The base color was dark and the highlights were in the red family. I was so unhappy with the results I went and got a store semi permanent in dark brown. It covered up the highlights but my roots are still looking Burgundy red. I then tried to lighten everything and used a medium brown semi permanent which didn't take. Overall, my hair looks too dark for me and I just want to have my natural hair color back. Will a stripper remove all this hair color?
