I have a pain on the top of my foot which throbs all night
I woke up three days ago with a pain on the top of my right foot to the right of my instep. It is very sore to touch and aches all the time especially at night. Also hurts if I more my toes up and down. No pain if I stand on the balls of my feet, but pressure to the area sets the pain off even more.

:confused: The top of my foot is swollen and in pain. Thye took and exray and it showed degenerative changes in my foot? What does that mean? :confused:
